Nursely is committed to delivering the best agency experience for nurses and carers everywhere. Our ongoing dedication to making sure that nurses and carers get the best options is matched by an unwavering commitment to customer service.

Nursely began life when we looked at the care industry and decided that it needed to change. Nurses and carers were not getting the support they were entitled to or deserved. It was an ongoing practice, and this needed to stop. These professionals were not getting the adequate compensation they required, and they were also being given shifts that didn’t fit their needs.

We also noticed that care homes were having their fair share of problems. The major issues were that when it came to finding professionals, a lot of care homes had to navigate agencies that charged extortionate fees. This severely impacted how many staff members a care home could take on and limited their ability to provide adequate compensation.

Both of these problems were things that we wanted to change, which is why we started Nursely to provide a new standard of service for professionals and care homes alike.
